Hikari acquires ProcessUs and announces 30 new jobs

Hikari, the Irish data analytics company, today announces that it has acquired Dublin-based software development and process re-engineering startup, ProcessUs.

This acquisition means Hikari is now able provide end-to-end data analytics and process engineering solutions. ProcessUs and its 10 employees will immediately integrate into Hikari, bringing the total number of Hikari employees to 20. The company also announces that it is creating 30 new jobs in the next three years in the areas of software development, process re-engineering, and sales and marketing, and will also invest €2.1 million over the next three years.

ProcessUs is headquartered in Ireland and has operations in the Netherlands. It will operate under the Hikari brand with immediate effect. 60pc of the enlarged Hikari’s clients will be based in Ireland, with 25pc in the Netherlands and a further 15pc in the United States. Key client sectors include telecoms, financial services, supply chain, retail, local government, and semi-state bodies. Hikari will bring extended and exciting new business solutions to both customer bases following the integration.
