Folens Publishers, an educational publisher based in Ireland, faced a unique challenge in selling its books and digital materials. Teachers in each class at over 4,000 schools in Ireland select their own texts and resources. The school shares the list with parents, who purchase the books for the next year. Over its 60 years of working with schools, Folens has tried many different methods for ordering that made tracking difficult and time consuming. It wanted a centralized purchasing process that would improve sales tracking and reporting.
